I have to say that Desktop Analytics (DA) is completely useless at this moment. We have integrated it with SCCM 1902 with hotfix rollup and have created a few deployment plans using synced SCCM collections in DA. It shows upgrade decision per devices, applications, and drivers. However, it doesn't tell us why a device is marked with Blocked. Without knowing why a device is being marked as blocked, no corrective action can be taken based on the DA. We have stopped using DA and we are now silently performing the compatibility scan using Windows 10 setup.exe with /compat ScanOnly option. This way we can know more than DA because the setup.exe returns well-known exit codes and also it gives us more log files to drill down for any compatibility issues. Hopefully, Microsoft updates DA so we can use it to investigate blocked devices.
