The first slice of this is now available with #configmgr 2002 production release (publicly available). You can now attach your on-prem #configmgr to Intune, and see #configmgr managed clients (including win7 and server OSs) in intune/MEMAC UI. We will add more and more capabilities over time.

What about a web-based console for on-prem only systems?

Please have an on-prem (only) option rather than a mandatory Azure option.

Tempted to mark this completed, now that we’ve released full blown powerBI integration:

Will PowerBI be ported to on-prem? We need a non-cloud solution.

We just got bitten by this last night. SCCM wake-up proxy caused our newly implemented Cisco port-security settings to lock lots of ports.
Can Microsoft fix this or find another solution? The 1E product allows one to setup a designated PC on a subnet to act as a WOL proxy that just brodcasts the WOL packet on the subnet.
