Updating to started since this just shipped in the 1902 technical preview.
Since you have the fast channel... and you’ll soon have customizable reboot notifications. Could we send a message to clients via fast channel to cause them to display a popup box containing not the reboot message but the text we send via fast channel?

Can the items on the community web site be downloaded from the internet and uploaded to a server that’s not internet connected?
Please make these items are accessable in offline mode. There are some sites not directly connected to the Internet. Make sure there’s a way to download entries from this community and then import them into a SCCM server not on the Internet.

Can Microsoft fix this or find another solution? The 1E product allows one to setup a designated PC on a subnet to act as a WOL proxy that just brodcasts the WOL packet on the subnet.
Tempted to mark this completed, now that we’ve released full blown powerBI integration:
Building reports & dashboards doesn’t get much easier than that.
Will PowerBI be ported to on-prem? We need a non-cloud solution.
Phase 1 of these feature is in 1602 production
