Please be aware Windows Analytics remain available for current deployments, so no business impact or services will be broken.

"On January 31, 2020 Windows Analytics will retire in favor of Desktop Analytics. New customers will no longer be able to onboard to the Upgrade Readiness and Device Health solutions once Desktop Analytics becomes generally available. However, Update Compliance will remain available via the Azure portal."

Configuration Manager provides wizard to deploy Office 365 ProPlus and allows you to define the client settings properties like "Accept EULA", "Autoactivate", etc. However it lacks the option to set the display level in order to make the installation complete silent. As result end-users will notice the Office 365 deployment wizard. The deployment it selves can be made hidden by setting the "Installation program visability" to hidden afterwards but thats odd to do it that way. A workaround is to change the configuration.xml and update the distribution point(s). The uninstall behavior "RemoveMSI" element is a valuable option as well to make it an enterprise ready deployment mechanism.
