    I can confirm that Full Administrator with ALL security scopes solves this issue. Also in 1806.

    Yes please! This is a pain in the but for years and years. It would be so much nicer to have a default action for adding and removing the device to a collection.

    Ow and also would love to see this for refreshing PC's. I have Windows Embedded devices that need to be updated periodicaly. Users should be able to defer 3 times max and then the tasksequence should start running.

    It is already out there in the form of the Powershell App deployment toolkit. Would love to see that as a feature in the SCCM Product
