What a great idea !
I support this, as a person who is using Remote Control from SCCM more than 20 times a day !
My idea would be for the SCCM team to create a report that collects the monitors installed on the PCs. The report would contain: PC name, last user logged on, last date when somebody logged on, Diagonal Size, Current Resolution, Max Supported Resolution, Monitor Manufacturer, Model, S/N of monitor, Date of manufacture.
Location of report would be : Monitoring --> Reporting --> Reports --> Hardware - Monitors or create the report under the Hardware - Video Card.
Currently there is no such report.......
Please Microsoft SCCM team, make our lives easier :)

Hello MS SCCM team ! Any news on this important capability? We use Remote Control everyday for a minimum of 40-50 connections every day. We are 5 people in the IT department and we all use SCCM Remote Control to connect to people's PC and help them out. This is crucial for our organization. I can't tell you how frustrating is when users try to show us where they click and we can't see their cursor. Users can see our cursor but we can't see theirs...... Please SCCM team, place this on your ToDo list. It would make a lot of people happy.
We have the same issue with the remote control client cursor. We can't see when the clients want to show us where they click and what they do.
This would save a lot of Tylenol....
