This already exists. I submitted feedback in the console and got a response from someone at Microsoft (below) who informed me that there are reg keys to do this already. I had to make the key and values since they were not present, but they do work.
| Those are keys which you are interested in, all under SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\SMS\\DP\\Logging":
|"LogEnabled", "LogLevel", "LogMaxHistory", "LogMaxSize"
On the DP(s) create those 4 DWORD values and set them like you would for any other SCCM log.

...but seriously please add this. It doesn't have to be fancy. We also have been dealing with having to crawl huge task sequences manually or with the XML (way less than ideal) and it can be a huge time sink.

Oops, sorry for the mistake, but this feature is not in the latest TP.

Updating this one to planned. We have work in this area that should address the general set of comments that are in this suggestion. While we aren’t doing the NEVER reboot, we definitely hear you that you need more than a 24 hour window. We should have more details to share in the next TP so stay tuned for updates soon.
Updated to Noted. We’ve been discussing the same in our planning meetings.
