Would love to see this for uninstall as well.
Here's a script which does effectively this, would just need to be pulled into Software Center somehow.
This would be awesome. Would also like the same ability for applications being moved around in folders in admin console.

First iteration is available in 1901 technical preview.
Allow custom icons for Task Sequences and Packages/Programs in Software Center.
Currently the icons are all a default icon, which can be confusing for end users if there are multiple deployed to a workstation.

Thanks for the suggestion. So you are saying when a user category is added to an application it should be ‘filterable’ in Software Center even when it’s deployed as system? Why not just deploy the application to the user to get the user category?
Would also love to see this.
We primarily use device-assigned applications, and right now the Software Center is just a big jumble of apps that you can search.
Would love to be able to see categories, or even display software using the categories as "folders" in Software Center.
