1. Laptops on WiFi, typically this is not an issue as BC shares data on lots of machines. So it never goes to a single machine and gets all the data from that. Instead the load is spread nicely from all machines.
2. If the DP is on the same subnet it will not be bandwidth managed, instead full throttle.
3. If the DP is in the same physical site, but not same subnet, you can reset the policy with a cmdline triggered by an event in task scheduler.
