Ability to move Distribution point from one secondary site server to another secondary site server' has been merged into this idea
when we need to remove secondary site server or when need to rebuild secondary site server with another site code. A full uninstall and re install required for all Distribution points associated with that secondary site.
Also when we need to move a DP from one site code to another site code, it requires uninstall / re install….to avoid this it will be helpful to have ability to move DP’s between secondaries.0 votes -
View Collection Dependencies
It would be really nice to be able to see a list of the collections that are limited to a specific collection with a tab on the properties of that collection.

End of Life
A good feature to include is the ability to scan a server/workstation and find software that is at or nearing end of life state.

Delete Collection UI Issue
When an administrative user who does not have permission to delete resources tries to delete a collection, the confirmation UI displayed reads as though the resources WILL be deleted due to the missing checkbox. Perhaps changing the UI so that the checkbox is there but grey'd out as unchecked or remove the "Delete each collection member from the database" text.

Possibility to set for how long and deploy application should be ""new"
I would like the Possibility to set for how long and deploy application should be ""new" in Software Center
Today it's say every time I log on that i have I new application available in software center.
I might already have installed or don't want to install it.
Should be good that we have a setting that control this so we could set it to show 2-3 time or for 1-2 day0 votes -
Add "Software Updates Scan Cycle" to the Client Notification Menu
I'm not sure whether the "Evaluate Software Update Deployments" Client Notificaction runs a previous scan cycle.
I implemented a Powershell script to do that but I strongly think that it should appear as a Client Notification in the same way it appears in the "Config Manager" Control Panel at the client computers.0 votes -
ADR add possibility to set a User for "download software updates from a location on my network"
Please add a possibility to specify a user which the ADR will use to download the content.
In a infrastructure with a DMZ and a own untrusted domain, it is not possible to set a user which is downloading the Updates from a WSUS. Till now SCCM is always using the system account of the Site Server to download the Updates.0 votes -
Application dependency to upgraded application
Application dependency is causing issues in the following scenario.
"MainApp Addon 1.0" has a dependency on either "MainApp 1.0" or "MainApp 1.1".
MainApp 1.1 superseeds MainApp 1.0 with uninstall checkbox.
Both "MainApp 1.0" and "MainApp Addon 1.0" is installed on computer.
When trying to update "MainApp 1.0" to "MainApp 1.1" the log "AppIntentEval.log" will spit out errors and app upgrade will not occur. Also new computers will have issues trying to install "MainApp 1.0" and "MainApp Addon 1.0".
This can cause issues in upgrade scenarios of application and workarounds that needs to be created.

Update SCCM Client install to download and install the latest WUAgent
Why does the SCCM client still download the 7.6.7600.256 for Windows 7 when the latest version is 7.6.7601.23453?
Would be good when the sccm installs or upgrades that it attempts to install the latest version.

Configurable Software Update instllation time
With Windows 10 and Server 2016 updates taking longer to install than previous versions of Windows. It would be helpful to be able to be able to set a site wide setting for the default installation time given for software updates. Currently this is 10 minutes but we are having to manually set this to 60 minutes on each update presently.

Automatic refresh/update after you do "Update distribution point"
When updating a package over "Update distribution point" we always have to click outside of the section/folder in order to get an updated status of the package we are updating. It would be nice to have it automatically refreshed only for that particular software.

Create a View to translate LCID to Name
There is no view that will list the Language Name to LCID. The view must included "any" used within Software Metering. The closest that exist is the sys.syslanguages but this doesn't not included "any" aka LCID = 65535

When creating NEW AD Boundaries
Since SCCM is reading the AD site, it would make sense that you read each subnet too. Then create a boundary group based on the AD site name and convert all of the AD subnets to IP Ranges and add those IP Ranges to the Boundary group.
The major benefit of this is to allow for better Boundary reporting. Using the table BoundaryEx which listed the NumbaricValueLow and NumericValueHigh value you can easily determine if a client belongs to that IP Range. This is done by using the fnGetNumericIPAddress function.

Drill Down On Graphs
when in desktop analytics it would be good if you could click on the orange or red parts of the graph and drill down to see the clients that need attention and updated with latest updates etc.

Ability to collect client logs via Tenant Attach
It would be great if we could, like we can do in the console, to collect client logs in Mem/Tenant Attach so that helpdesk technicians can do this without using the console

Display Security Scopes and Collections columns by default under Administrative Users
Many organizations struggle a lot with the concepts in Role Based Administration. One of the things I see that helps them immensely to see how they've misapplied security is to simply turn on the Scopes and Collections column views under Administrative Users. While the Roles are shown by default, without the Scopes and Collections, there isn't enough context for them to understand what is actually set up.
Please display the Security Scopes and Collections columns by default under the Administrative Users view in the ConfigMgr console. This will help people understand RBA at a glance much more easily.

Allow Boolean Parameter Types in RunScripts
The addition of Parameters to Scripts was a welcome feature however it'd be nice to also support the boolean parameter type. While other parameter types (arrays, switch, etc.) would be helpful, I feel that most of them could be reproduced (smartly) by using String, or Boolean for most situations.

disable client health remediation during in place upgrade
to avoid issues with in place upgrades the task sequence should disable the client remediation automatically

Add tab for Antimalware Policies on Collection view similar to Device view
Although AM Policies are deployed to Collections just like Custom Client Settings, there isn't a tab to show you deployed AM Policies on collection console views.
Bonus points: Look at Device view and Collection view tabs, and make the names congruent ("Custom Client Settings" vs. "Client Settings")
Super Bonus Points: Resultant Set of Antimalware Polies view which has been suggested elsewhere for a long time (https://configurationmanager.uservoice.com/forums/300492-ideas/suggestions/10237263-add-a-view-for-resultant-set-of-policy-for-anti-ma
and
https://configurationmanager.uservoice.com/forums/300492-ideas/suggestions/8398638-policy-resultant-for-scep-policy-like-clients-sett)Super Extra Bonus Points: Resultant Set of Client Settings and Resultant Set of Antimalware Policies should clearly show what pages were set by what policy. (https://configurationmanager.uservoice.com/forums/300492-ideas/suggestions/14855388-resultant-set-of-client-settings-should-show-what)
