In our organization only signed scripts may be executed on the clients. However, the scripts from CMPivot queries are not signed and are therefore not executed. This restriction is set by GPO and cannot be overridden by "PowerShell execution policy" in the SCCM client computer agent.54 votes
It would be incredibly useful if the "OS Build" number could be added via Hardware Inventory as admins could then report accurately on which patch level devices are at. e.g. 14393.1532 tells me which version of Windows is installed and also which CU is installed (via the 1532 part of the number).
Currently this is only possible via script at build time but would very useful if added as a native item in Hardware Inventory.20 votescompleted · Admindjam (Product Director, or Executive, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) responded
Fixed in 1802
Currently peer cache is still not a usable feature. We have found that all systems see themselves on the same subnet because of the Teredo Tunneling Adapter. They are all on the same IPv6 subnet. This has almost been found by a 3rd party vender (https://2pintsoftware.com/peer-cache-1806/). As Peer Cache is now a release feature and not pre-release, this should be fixed ASAP as it is a broken feature.7 votescompleted · Admindjam (Product Director, or Executive, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) responded
This is fixed both in 1810, and in the 1806 HFRU.
