Internet Based Remote Control
Internet based remote control with options such as file transfer and reboot. This could be accomplished using a reverse connection from a client to a new site role hosted in the DMZ.

Remote Control: Improve Multi-Monitor Experience
Business Case (I know how you PMs love these):
The current CB 1902 implementation is going to make this conversation part of our helpdesk script:
“What screen is the app on?”
“Can you move that window to the monitor where X is showing?”
“No, not that one.”
“Nope, still don’t’ see it”
“Ok let me reconnect in full screen, please accept the prompt again.”
“No no no, don’t hang up the phone, that’s not how this works.”
“Ok, you should see a prompt to allow me to connect.”
“Nope it’s there, trust me.”
“Got it, thanks. Ok, let me move…371 votesNoted ·AdminMark Silvey - ConfigMgr Product Team (Engineering Manager, ConfigMgr, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) responded

Chat feature in Remote Control
It would be nice to have a chat feature within the remote control client. This way I can chat with my users when they are using the computer and I need them to complete a task after I am remoted in.

Configuration Manager Remote Control Connection History
Having the ability to look through a dropdown history of connections would make reconnecting easier and shouldn't cause too much programming hassle.
Having a log of connections with date/time of connection/disconnection, IP of source and destination would also be valuable to have as reference.

Remote Control - Initiate a Wake-Up if client turned off
When remote controlling a device it would be great if a prompt could come up and ask if you want to wake-up the device either using Wake-On-LAN or Wake-Up in client notification based on site configuration if the client is turned off..

Remote Control features and improvments
I would like to thank Microsoft to allow their customers to share new and innovative ideas and I would like to present mine from my experience as Desktop Management Engineer in my company.
Initially we were using a comparative tool called LANDesk Management Suite and on the beginning of this year we have moved to SCCM 1511, since then I had received many complains about remote control comparing to the past experience.
I really like SCCM as a whole and I think it is really good tool and really nice features and constant updates, but not the remote control.

Remote control default connection via FQDN not NETBIOS. This would allow remote control across multiple trusted domain easily using the cons
When trying to use Remote Control from start->remote control in the console, it is not possible to connect to machine that is not part the same domain as the server as netbios is used. If the FQDN is called than it would be possible to connect to devices in trusted domains.

Remote control - Allow for two simultaneous RC sessions to the same target device (shared viewing capability)
For some troubleshooting scenarios in a multi-tier service desk organization we need to have 3rd tier staff connected to a end user's PC simultaneously to an already ongoing 1st staff remote session.

Ability to set Multiple Remote Control Privileges to Collection(s)
I have previously reported this as an issue in the Connect Site but was Closed "By Design".
So here is the original idea that was filed:
There is a serious issue with the way Client Settings are applied when you need to provide different levels of remote control privileges for specific Users/Groups on Collections.
For example:
Let's assume we have the Collection of Devices named "Windows 8.1 Clients", the requirements for remote control are:1) The "Helpdesk" Group of users should have the ability to "View Only" via remote control the client devices.
2) The "L2 Support" Group of users…45 votesThanks for the comments and feedback. Updating status to Noted

Remote Control User rather than Device
Allow Remote Control by right-clicking a username so that the user doesn't have to look up the computer name.
This would be enormously helpful in the Education sector where users are constantly moving between PCs. Novell had this feature in ConsoleOne and it enabled superfast remote control of users for our Helpdesk staff.

Disable clipboard sharing
It could be really useful to have a way to fully disable the clipboard sharing during a remote control session.
We can do it with a registry key in HKCU but it can be enabled without admin rights, just by clicking on Action -> Enable Clipboard sharing.A better solution would be to disable it for a computer in HKLM or ideally directly in the SCCM console.

Allow multiple Remote Control policies for a single client.
Allow more than one policy to be applied for remote control, giving the ability to allow for tier remote control access. Example: The ability to remote an unattended workstation with admin rights for help desk staff, while traning staff is only allowed to remote attended workstations and does not get admin rights.

[Remote Control] We want you to provide CmRcViewer.exe as a single application
In the customer environment, help desk users have installed the Configuration Manager console and used the remote control function.
In this situation, when the load on SCCM server is high, there is a problem that a session can not be established temporarily.
We would like CmRcViewer.exe to be provided as a single application without depending on the load of SCCM server, as it will interfere with help desk operations.Additional Information:
Although not supported at present, we have confirmed that session establishment can be performed by executing the following files.- Copy the following files from the SCCM primary site:

Show the remote cursor during remote control
Please allow us to see the remote mouse cursor in the remote control viewer!
We had to create a software that displays a little dot which follows the mouse of the remote user and our tech have to launch it manually when connected remotely, this way we can see where the remote cursor is located but it's of course very impractical.

Integrate Quick Assist support in Configuration Manager
It would be very useful if SCCM could integrate/manage/expand the Quick Assist native Windows 10 functionality. This could solve the lack of remote control functionality when client are connected over internet (both CMG or IBCM scenario). This would allow us to avoid using third parts software.

Remote Control Privacy
Give an option to Black Out the screen and lock the keyboard and mouse when in a Remote Control Session. This would be useful for public use/open area/lab Student computers
Novell Zenworks had this same feature years ago. (likely still does)

blank remote desktop
Add the ability to blank the remote display. Sometimes it's useful when you want to do something that you don't want others to be able to see,
