Love to see integration for RDS and Azure Remote App in Configuration Manager. Create your remote apps in the Configuration Manager console and publish them to Azure without needing to touch the Azure Console.
Also a "Azure remote app" deployment type would be nice so that based on Requirement Rules not the MSI will be installed, not an App-v version will be installed but a configured link to the Azure Remote App will be deployed.62 votesdeclined · Admindjam (Product Director, or Executive, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) responded
given the current POR for ARA (https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/enterprisemobility/2016/08/12/application-remoting-and-the-cloud/) marking this declined for now – to free up votes.
Good think is, SCCM already Integrates well with the ARA replacement – citrix.
The GUI of the Application Catalog shows scroll bars when the display is scaled to 150% or 200%. Use a scalable HTML 5 web page. Especially when this page is used on a Surface Pro 4 (which is scaled by default to 200%) it works very bad, the user has to scroll to see the whole page.10 votesdeclined · AdminMark Silvey - ConfigMgr Product Team (Engineering Manager, ConfigMgr, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) responded
The application catalog is deprecated and we are no longer investing in it. Because of that declining this request.
It would be nice to have the App Deployment Toolkit Intergrated When deploying software. Today on my company we build our own installation script to have more functionality when deploying software.8 votes
Please add option in Client settings Computer Agent to also add Application Catalog Website to Intranet Zone. This will prevent IE from asking users to enter domain credentials to use the site. Currently, the site is only added to the Trusted Sites zone.7 votesdeclined · AdminMark Silvey - ConfigMgr Product Team (Engineering Manager, ConfigMgr, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) responded
The app catalog is deprecated so updating to declined.
We would like to return back the ability to include symbols like plus (+) in request offering text\list fields. In some case it is very important. E.g. we want to include time zone options (+1 hour, +3 hours etc). We would be grateful if you give us the possibility to escape "+" with special symbols, so that it will be recognized as simple text.7 votesdeclined · AdminAdam Meltzer (ConfigMgr Product Team) (Software Engineer, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) responded
Thank you for your feedback. This UserVoice is for Configuration Manager feedback but it appears that your feedback is appropriate to Service Manager. A good place to start may be the Service Manager forums here: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/systemcenter/En-US/home?category=servicemanager
Would like the option to send a direct deep link into a specific application in the application catalog.
When the servicedesk want to inform a user of a specific app available from the catalog it would be a lot easier if they could send a link directly to the app instead of the startpage.6 votesdeclined · AdminMark Silvey - ConfigMgr Product Team (Engineering Manager, ConfigMgr, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) responded
The app catalog is deprecated so marking as declined. Software center does support deeplinking to applications, so check that feature out!
We need the ability for application approval routing for intune apps.2 votes
