Since Apple released the 10.13.4 update, whenever we try to install something using the SCCM client, we get an error message saying that Configuration Manager is not optimized for your Mac. I think the following page explains Apples side of this (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT208436).
The current version of the Mac client (v5.00.8471.1000) that's available for download was released in December 2016.
