SCCM On Premise MDM Should Support Android Devices
Enable support for Android management on premise
For now, we will not add On-Prem management of Android devices directly to ConfigMgr. We will continue to support and invest in win10. For Android management, Intune will be the solution. Please add any comments to this User Voice item in Intune Uservoice:
DeviceMax provides comprehensive Mobile Device management & Kiosk Mode lockdown solution to the android devices.Company provides cloud based solution; remotely you can access all the android devices and also deploy various policies into them. As DeviceMax also provides customized solution.

Desktop central (Manage Engine) seem to have an MDM solution that supports private networks with no Cloud access; it is very handy for warehouse management Android based devices from Motorola.
I am hoping to see a similar add-on for SCCM. if you know of any please let me know.

Infrastructure concerns are not really there for people who actually wish to keep thinks in house. Especially if it means that they are able to do this within their own privately managed systems. Also, I am pretty sure that achieving this need not cost and arm and a leg. It would certainly buy customer kudos! which could translate to $$$!

Again...why? The infrastructure required to do this makes it pointless. Do you know any other MDM vendor offering on-Prem MDM?

Enable Android will help us to extend the managment on more wide device models
