How can we improve Configuration Manager?

Add ability to add notes/properties to a given computer/server in SCCM console

It would be nice to be able to add a note to a asset in the sccm console. For instance, something like "this server is running so and so application and cannot have the sccm client installed. Call so and so if you have any questions." The data of course would be available as an optional column to view in the console. Maybe have user defineable data points that can become properties of the computer even though it may not have the client installed.

This would be absolutely awesome - we have a lot of older Linux machines and some Security and Audit related machines that are unable to have the SCCM client. If we had a good ability to note those machines and keep them from showing up on reports, that would be great. We also have machines that have to remain in a current state due to an application, so being able to provide notes on those (i.e., do not deploy KB123456 to this machine) would be beneficial.

We are switching from LANDesk which does support this feature. This feature would be valuable option to have in our switch to SCCM!
