Eliminate the dependency on WMI

I am guessing Chris means to eliminate it for things like software delivery. Example, we have SCCM agents out there and when WMI breaks for SCCM you can't deploy a package to fix WMI. Sneaker net or other remote tools are needed. tools that even compete with SCCM. Tanium for example. we are able to install patches, etc using it, but SCCM will not install it. IF software delivery could run independent of the SCCM client in some way, that would be great!!! Altiris is another example.
