How can we improve Configuration Manager?

Application installs user profile

To have the ability to install an application that requires admin rights but also requires to install data to the logged on user profile

some applications need to be configured for user during installation but it is difficult if installation runs under SYSTEM account due to USER hasn't admins rights.
Usually I run helper script which runs the installation and then detects the USER who runs the installation and then the script updates USER's registry hive and other USER's profile properties.
Would be nice to get USER's SID (to get user profile or impersonate) who did run the installation of App/Package more straight way like via environment variable or command line parameter instead indirect way via working with SCCM WMI classes.
