Please improve boot media error messages
We have run into countless instances where our front line techs get error messages from boot media. They never know what it means and always have to go to tier 2 and 3 support for resolution. Often the solution is something simple they could take care of if they knew what happened, but because all they get is some error code (most often the ubiquitous and generally unhelpful 0x80004005) with no context they don't. They also don't take a few seconds to look it up or read logs, but that's a whole different problem :) Today we just ran into another such case where an expired boot media cert generates the 80004005 code and fails (admittedly not a problem tier 1 could fix). Please make the error messages have some context or even have it display relevent lines of log data in the pop-up to help focus the scope of the problem that occurred to help techs out and to help expedite tier 2 and 3 in assisting when asked.
