When required updates are delivered, popup the "Required software changes..." dialog window. The current 5 second toast notification and small taskbar icon don't do much to alert the user. This would greatly increase the # users that install and reboot before the deadline. Currently a vast majority get installed automatically at the deadline. It's a likely reason companies have a difficult time requiring a reboot. The "Required software changes..." dialog window provides the date and time it will automatically install and allows them to install now. You can only communicate out so much to the users, so these dialog windows become very important. Thanks.
Recent changes in 1906 have made the Restart Notifications for Software Updates much better if you elect to use Dialogs over toasts in the Client Settings area. But as this voice calls for, offering pre-deadline dialogs to a user for Software Updates (just as Applications can do https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/apps/plan-design/plan-for-software-center#bkmk_impact) would be very helpful.

Our organization is experiencing client pushback from this as well as the toast notification is not noticed or the client is not working on their computer when it comes up. A dialogue window that has to be acknowledged before it can be closed would alert the client to the patches that will be installed and when the enforcement time is.
