Software Center 'Uninstall' option not always available
This issues shows for me from time to time but it seems to show mostly with available deployments and on the old Software Center. If there is only one title in the 'Installed Software' tab you generally can't select the uninstall option as it is grayed out. This seems to commonly happen when i switch to that tab but if there is multiple applications I am able to click on a different one and return to the newly installed one and 'uninstall' becomes available and when there is only one on that tab you can't 'refresh' the code to validate 'uninstall'
Also when you have an application that is already installed and the deployment does not 'install' but the detection method determines it to be already valid the uninstall option generally is not available in this situation.
I see no reason for the uninstall to even NOT be an option so my suggestion is to remove whatever code is validating the availability of the uninstall button

`If software has uninstall logic the uninstall button in software center should be available, period.

~If two versions of the same product are install at the same time ABC Version 1 and ABC Version 2 which both detection methods set to file version greater then and you click 'install' on version 2, version 1 will auto detect installed when app eval runs and the software center 'uninstall' button will be grayed out. This is SUPER annoying as this all occurs is different situations of which does not always happen but I find regardless of the install situation if you have 'one' title sitting in 'Available Software', or 'Installation Status', or 'Installed Software' the uninstall button might become grayed out and the only way to get it un-grayed is to cause a second piece of software to show up in that column. why would we ever want the uninstall button to EVER be grayed out?

~This seems like a simple fix
