Increase block size for pulse mode (distribution point rate limit)
Using pulse mode rate limit on a distribution point can enable a 2Mbps bandwidth cap. This is useful and it would be great if the block size limit of 256KB be increased to support higher thresholds.

Most of the rate limits options seem antiquated. These rate limits are numbers for circuit sizes that have been out of date for a number of years.

I support that. Actually, as soon as any rate limit option is set on a DP, the maximum transfer rate I get is 8 Mbps, on a 100 Mbps link.
It would be really helpful if I could faster, say between 10 to 50 Mbps.
