End user help in Software Center
My customer is managing more than 300.000 clients with SCCM. End user requests around application deployment, and OS & app updates can quickly sum up to a lot of effort in 1st and 2nd level.
Even recent changes to Software Center already led to hundreds of internal support tickets from business users.
Therefore we are asking to provide a MS maintained end user help (maybe a button or section) for how to use the software center.
The content could be similar to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sccm/core/understand/software-center, but more end-user friendly with screen shots, walk throughs, ergonomics, etc.
If changes to the end user experience are happening, the help would need to be maintained by MS, too.

Can you please comment on that? The impact is quit high for that enterprise due to the huge amount of managed users.
