When retiring an app allow the app to retire associated Apps.
Currently you can't even retire the dependent app then retire the main app, at least allow the main at to retire with an association to an already retired app.
~This could be solved with an improved 'retire' UI
Give the option to remove from associated Apps/Task Sequences from the retire menu of the App. It is a pain to remove the app from 14 task sequences just to retire the app that your likely going to delete soon. You should be able to right click retire and get prompted that it is associated with 14 Task Sequences and is a dependency on 5 applicaitons "would you like to remove these associations?"
