Fix problem with Task Sequences not showing Software Center with Multiple Users logged in
When you have multiple users logged in on a Machine. Task Sequences only show for the user that first logged in.
When calling Task Sequences from PowerShell, the same behaviour is observable, only the first user can call the TSs.

Noticed this problem again today whilst running on Endpoint Manager 1910. I think it really needs to be fixed as we cannot always logoff other users from a client or server and initially Admins might think there is something wrong with their environment.
If you have this problem a workaround is to install SCCM Client Center and connect to the localhost (or use remotely) there you can see the advertisement and even re-run if required.
This fix is required for Shared Desktop systems
This would be helpful for XenDesktop-type situations where there are always multiple users logged in.

I vote + 1 (have run out of votes)
This applies to package deployments (advertisements) as well. Log the other user out and the package deployment shows up.
