Maintain Default Client Settings after upgrading SCCM
After upgrading from 1706 to 1710 I noticed that the changes that I had done to the Default Client Settings Hardware Inventory Classes were reverted. I de-selected a few classes to decrease the size of the MIF-files as we had problems with them getting too big and after the upgrade the checkboxes for those classes was again checked meaning I had to redo what I had done pre-upgrade.
Maybe an option during the upgrade wizard to maintain the current settings for Default Client settings.

Agreed. I ran into this issue with the "recently used apps" class after it was enabled again in default client settings. This class causes performance issues on terminal/citrix servers and the MIF size is beyond our threshold for collecting inventory data.
