Local cache cleanup - cyclical tasks reserving space multiple times
We have a cyclical task "package" in place which is executed once a day.
Every day a new local folder is created with the content which is not the problem because the files change nearly on a daily base.
But the “old” files from the previous execution should be deleted from cache. We are wondering that there is no intelligence that SCCM agent is cleaning up obsolete package files when new sources are deployed.
So a cyclical task is unnecessary garbaging the cache and the free disk space on a client
