How can we improve Configuration Manager?

Incorrect Icon Size When Using New-CMApplication and Set-CMApplication

When using New-CMApplication or Set-CMApplication with the IconLocationFile parameter and an icon at least 128x128 in size, the application is created with a very small icon. I am not certain if smaller icons are effected.

It appears when the cmdlet is used with the specified icon parameter, the 16x16 resolution is selected and other resolutions (if any) are removed from the icon file. When you view the icon in the application properties window in the SCCM console, the system attempts to "upscale" the icon to 32x32 rather than use the 32x32 resolution in the file ("stripped from file"?). This "lower" resolution is carried forward to other aspects of the SCCM environment like Software Center.
