Temporarily suspend any SCCM client activity
Many of our users (300000) need a feature to temporarily suspend any SCCM activity at least for a limited time per day.
Activities that need to be suspended are:
Customers Skype sessions often get disturbed while a download is running in the background. We thought the setting "Suspend Software Center activities when in PowerPoint presentation mode" would help but from what our user reports it doesn't.
Another scenario are users working on metered connections, e.g. as they are provided by Deutsche Bahn. Users working on such a connection quickly use up their quota when a large download pops in. After that line speed is reduced dramatically which in turn makes it almost impossible to work online.
We have implemented something on our own to let the user disable SCCM for a limited time per day but we keep finding corner cases where deactivation of SCCM does not work.
We really think an enterprise product should provide this functionality out of box.
I didn't know xbox can get hack like pcs and phone

@Mahmoud We support detection of metered versus unmetered connections on Windows 8 and up. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sccm/core/clients/deploy/about-client-settings#metered-internet-connections
I'm usually obliged to use my mobile hotspot to connect my laptop to the network. Software Center activity burn out my mobile data limit. Would be great if I can tell SC that I'm using a mobile hotspot, not a normal WiFi network, so it can suspend its downloads for a moment.

An in-house utility had to be built for this, to prevent customers from opting-out completely from SCCM management on their LOB systems.
I agree with this, specially when the user is sharing his desktop via skype and there's no way to stop SCCM activities to avoid an installation to pop up in the middle of a presentation. Would be fine to be able to avoid at least installations while user is presenting.

This sounds like the content distribution is causing over-usage of the network link. Have you looked at 3rd-party solutions, such as 1E Nomad?
Scheduled suspend for PC in production lines is another business case:
Whilst in a measuring phase these PCs are highly sensitive to intermittent network traffic caused by windows update. We need to make sure there is absolutely no download or reboot within this phase
Having just an suspend API would already be great.
