In TP1702 you can block installation of a required deployment type if some applications are running or you can automatically close those applications.

However, you might not dare to automatically close those blocking apps. Then it would be very useful, if ConfigMgr would initiate application deployment evaluation cycle wehn the user logs off (and is not shutting down or restarting). When the user is logged off, ConfigMgr could easily install the required DT.

You could achieve the same thing by decreasing the default deployment re-evaluation cycle from 7 days to e.g. 8 h, but it is stupid decrease the schedule when you need faster re-evaluation after user logoff situations.
