How can we improve Configuration Manager?

When retiring an App, have the process remove from DP and check if application is in a Task Sequence

When we retire an application, we need it to check to verify that it is not in a TS. Currently you have to go through an exercise of Delete to verify that the Application is not in a Task Sequence and not everyone remembers to do this step. So we end up with a broken Task Sequence and learn about it later.
