How can we improve Configuration Manager?

When configuring cache size via client settings - cache cannot be deleted

When using the new option in 1606 branch for configuring client cache size - the options to delete cache from the client's size is grayed out.
either it's by design or not - it blocks the reason to use this feature as deleting cache is one of the most basic troubleshooting tasks for deployments and it is not possible to be done unless deploying a custom script...

agreed, and it's not clear anywhere that enabling this settings will prevent you from deleting the cache from the client.
It's ok to not being able to modify the cache size on the client if it's specified in the client setting in the console, make sense, but it's not ok to prevent the local admin to delete the content of this cache when needed.
    bring that option back please!

Agreed! Just upgraded to 1606, was really looking forward to using the new cache settings feature, until I found out it wouldn't allow a user (or field tech) to view the cache size or delete the cache. That renders the features pretty much useless for us. Please MS make the configured cache size viewable and still allow the cache to be cleared!
