Chat feature in Remote Control
It would be nice to have a chat feature within the remote control client. This way I can chat with my users when they are using the computer and I need them to complete a task after I am remoted in.

This would be the only reason why we would use Windows Remote Assistance/Quick Assist over the SCCM remote control feature for normal support sessions. Another option that would be useful is to give the ability to toggle if you want the remote user to allow the session or not.

Good to have you can then chat with the users for patch management and other important information - even surveys via chat.
Would be a good addition
We used to use CentraStage prior to SCCM which had a chat feature. It would be great if SCCM also had a chat feature.
