How can we improve Configuration Manager?

Hide software center from some users, availible to others

Provide a security group based method to hide software center from showing in the start menu. For example, domain users would not even see it in the start menu, but administrators would. The /ExcludeFeatures is a step in the right direction, but overkill for some customers who still want admins to have access.

This would be perfect as a client policy. "Software Center Enabled" Yes/No. If yes, put the shortcut in the start menu. If no, do not put a Software Center shortcut in the start menu.

There is a way we are doing this in our environment which is schools, We use group policy to prevent the software center executable from being able to be open.
