ConfigMgr Web Console
Introduce ConfigMgr Web Console and remove the need to update the console on every device with each SCCM CB Upgrade as local admin rights are needed to update the console.
The ConfigMgr Web Console might be similar to Azure Portal with Microsoft Intune.
With SCCM CB updates getting released more frequently than before, this will provide benefits and ease of management. The Admins can connect to the ConfigMgr console from any computer in the organisation without the need to install it.

The first slice of this is now available with #configmgr 2002 production release (publicly available). You can now attach your on-prem #configmgr to Intune, and see #configmgr managed clients (including win7 and server OSs) in intune/MEMAC UI. We will add more and more capabilities over time.

Change color scheme in the console (including dark mode)
When working with multiple customers and/or in migration scenarios (and also in lab- technical preview environments) it would be great to be able change the color scheme in the ConfigMgr console to clarify which environment the console belongs to.

SCCM Console, save your prefered defaults.
Can be frustrating, SCCM console, keeps resetting to default, every time you exit. The odd occasion it will retain settings. IE: folder options, and settings. Would be nice if we could save these to a personal default, so it retains settings.

Delete multiple objects from console
It would be very great and intuitive to be able to delete multiple apps \ deployment types\ deployments \ packages \ driver packages and even folders from Console without creating custom PowerShell scripts.
Today when selecting multiple objects the delete option becomes greyed out.218 votes -

Management Insights: Show Microsoft Products detected in your environment that are not enabled on the SUP
Managing your SUP can be challenging in large environments where other teams may be implementing new Microsoft products and forgetting to notify the SCCM Admin that it might be a good idea to patch the product.
With Management Insights now available in the Console it would be nice to show insights in what Microsoft products are detected in your environment as being installed, but are not enabled on the SUP hence creating a potential security risk.129 votes -
Make it easier to find relevant status messages in the console
Status messages are amazingly helpful in the SCCM console, but difficult to get to. For instance, whoever wrote the status messages for Task Sequence deployments did an amazing job, yet I cannot access these without making a custom query! This is an amazing troubleshooting tool that is hidden from the average user.
I'd like to get access to status messages from the object that makes the status message. For instance, if I right click on a task sequence deployment, I want to be able to view all status messages associated with that object. If I right click on a distribution…

Quick links to status message queries from the UI has been added in 2010, and this is something we’re continuing to improve upon in future releases.

Use a fixed-width font (like consolas) for better script readability in ConfigMgr in all text-boxes where you type or paste scripts
There are several areas in the Configuration Manager Console with text fields for entering or pasting scripts. The Scripts feature, CI Detection and Remediation, Application Detection, etc. The font used in these areas is not script friendly. Tabs and spaces are hard to discern and the scripts look downright messy. Using Consolas or another monospaced font would preserve the nice looking formatting you've just copied out of somewhere like VS Code, and would make the script easier to read when you go to look at it later in the ConfigMgr Console. Please change it :)

Thank you for this great idea. This is something we are looking improve for Configuration Manager 2010. The 2007 Technical Preview now uses fixed-width fonts in the following areas of the console:
- Application scripts
- Configuration item scripts
- WMI-based collection membership queries
- CMPivot queries
- Scripts
- Task Sequence PowerShell scripts and command lines
Some additional fixes have also been made to further improve these scenarios:
- Resizable windows for viewing/entering scripts
- Using horizontal scrolling instead of word wrapping for scripts
Please try it out and send us a frown if there’s anything we missed or any other areas you’d like to see fixed width font support.

Fix the problem when deleting a collection that is scoped to a user.
When deleting a collection scope to a user you receive the error "This collection cannot be deleted. It is assigned as scope to another user". This can be challenging locating and removing the scope of this collection then have to come back and delete the collection.
Why can't we provide a check box on this warning giving the option to remove all scoped reference and proceed with collection deletion.81 votes -
SCCM Wizards to provide Associated Log file Details - Similar to SCCM Update Monitor Wizard
How about providing associated log file details at the end of the summary / completion page of all SCCM Wizards to help SCCM admins. I think it would be helpful. What you think?
For example if you are creating a SUP role -> Add Site System Roles Wizard -> Completion page will have the log file name -> SUpsetup.log
Do you love SCCM updates and servicing monitoring log file details?

Ability to enable/disable any deployment (like you can with software update deployments)
You should be able to enable or disable any deployment (for applications, packages, software updates, etc) by right-clicking and selecting enable or disable.
Currently to disable an application deployment you either have to delete the deployment or retire the application and for packages you need to disable the program.
Software update deployments already have this feature.
You should also be able to enable/disable a deployment from the Monitoring workspace.73 votes -

Fix the text in the title bar of the Admin Console to be correctly aligned with the top of the window when maximised
Currently when the Admin Console is maximised some of the text in the title bar is not aligned correctly, it is set too high and is cut off. It displays correctly when the window is not maximised. See attached screenshots for example of what I mean.
This is in 1706, but it has been like this for multiple versions now.
It's only a minor cosmetic thing, but it's quite distracting.

Add the ability to Copy an Existing Boot Image
I would like to be able to copy a boot image so I can update it and make changes without breaking the original boot image. Currently you have to create all new boot images by hand and manually add the drivers.

Show/Use device IP-address from NotificationAgent update in Console
In VPN scenarios the DNS resolution is missing or delayed very often. To troubleshoot a device the current device IP-address is important.
You can force a DDR /heartbeat from the console, but this take a while until the information is arrived and actually it is unnecessary because the IP-address Information is already existing in the SCCM database from the NotificationAgent update cycle.

Drag and Drop in console
Why can't we simply drag and drop machines/users into collections instead of having to go through wizard?. It makes it much harder for Helpdesk to understand how to use the console (hence why most people use AD security groups as targets). Why not select/Multi-select items and drag into relevant collection
