Word Wrap in Collection Editor
The new collection editor is very nice, but it would be even better if we had the option to enable "word wrap" as part of this new window. I know we can resize window, but often times word wrap is the preferred method for viewing.

Enable/Disable Rules in Membership Rules on a Collection
Lets say you have one to many Query rules built in a collection but you don't need it a specific time or you are troubleshooting something.
You want to be able to stop using the Query statement without having to remove it from the collection or Build a new collection. A way to keep it documented without having to remember how you last created a rule.0 votes -
Collection Trash Folder
We should have a collections trash folder in the case of accidental deletions of collections.
You delete a collection, it gets moved into the trash folder, where it can sit there for 30 days or so until the system automatically delets it. Collection refresh, or any deployments to it are automatically disabled. It just sits on ice for a few days then goes bye bye.
We are going through the process of cleaning up our 10K collections. Yes I know it is allot but we have ALLOT of global users. In getting it down to 8K we had a few…

build user collection based on Logon Hours
Build a Collection for restricted logon hour user accounts.
This way we could target application or jobs when a user is actually allowed to use the computer. Also deploy reminders for the user to save work and logoff.1 vote -
orchestration group - sort by sequence number
If I have an orchestration group configured as sequence, I would view the members in the sequence number order without going in the properties of the OG.
If I sort the members for "Sequence number", it uses the classic sorting showing the following:
1
10
11
..
2Could be implemented a different kind of sorting that follows the correct sequence?

Create Collection from selected data in Ressource Explorer
It would be very usefull if we could right click on data in the ressource explorer and create a collection that searches for that data in my devices. Its sometimes very hard to make a collection work because of the syntax of the collection statements. It should be possible to edit the value the collection is looking for like "program version, amount of RAM etc"

Allow user to pin Device Collections to the side bar similar to how you can pin frequently used folders in Explorer
Allow user to pin Device Collections to the side bar similar to how you can pin frequently used folders in Explorer. I work in a small part of a large university so it takes me a lot of clicks to get to my own device collections.

Remove from Collection from the Right Click Client Tool > Show Collections
When I right click on a device to use the Client Tool 'Show Collections', I would like to click on a Collection and 'Remove the Device' without going into each individual collection.

Sync AAD group membership -> MEMCM
It would be great if it was possible to sync a static or dynamic security group in Azure AD to a collection in MEMCM. This would be very useful in a Co-Mgmt scenario where the user/device gets the correct CM applications according to AAD group membership.
Today it is only possible to sync collection membership from CM to an AAD group, not the other way around.94 votes -

Deploy to AAD Groups / Members of AAD groups with configman
We would like to target collections that include AAD groups, or the members of AAD groups, with deployments in ConfigMan. We have several use cases where it would be helpful to target the users or machines in AAD groups for deployments.
These machines may be hybrid joined and not enrolled in intune or they may be AAD-only joined co-managed machines. AAD group membership for our users may also be good collection criteria.

Increase the character limit on collection queries
Today if you have a collection with a large query such as for thousands of devices, you may hit a character limit. In larger environments, this may happen more often. This could be from a list query or a query with many ANDs or ORs.

The ability to export cmpivot query results to a collection. Or the ability to manage a machine from a query result.
An example would be installed software query. You find 50 machines with outdated software through cmpivot . You want to send them to a collection to uninstall or update them.
