Desktop Analytics: Can you please add a filter that allows us to show more per page?
Can you please add a filter that allows us to show more per page on Desktop Analytics? If I could choose between showing 10, 50, 100, 200, etc. per page it would make my life much easier when I am just trying to scroll and search through. It would also help when clicking the select all button. That button in particular annoys me because it only selects all on a single page. So, I have to click next page and click select all, over and over. Please just let us adjust the amount shown per page and it will fix…

Export lists to Excel/CSV from Desktop Analytics Portal
Will be great if it could be possible to export data from DA Portal, either after setting up a filter or all data (up to an acceptable raws limit), in order to share lists of apps, devices or drivers with people to review or action on them, regardless of those people not being DA contributors themselves.

Enable DA without the need of SCCM
The pro of Windows Analytics was that you can configure it in every environment without the need to have SCCM or Intune configured.
Please re enable this way of deployment, also if it's limited to Read-only insights or some features.379 votes -
RBAC for Desktop Analytics
- As of the role in Azure is desktop analytics administrator, which allow complete access to this blade, any plan for a read only role ? or read only is possible with any other role, considering there is only 3 roles in azure for devices ?
- Can we have more granular role based access model in here with RBAC ?

Detailed Windows crash data in Desktop Analytics
Device Health in Windows Analytics has lots of useful information about Windows crashes, such as what caused the blue screen, the driver version, and other information. This information can be used to develop proactive improvement plans to improve the general reliability of our desktop environment and end user devices.
Could you please add this functionality to Desktop Analytics? It would complement the existing information being reported for O365 reliability, although this is currently somewhat hidden by the M365 UI.

Ability to grab drivers in DA
A button of some sort to grab all the drivers that "needs remediation" or after you have reviewed all the drivers right on the DA azure site.

Desktop Analytics Tool Showing False compatibilitiy
We are trying to migrate from Win 10 1809 to 1909 and while checking compatibility details software like Symantec End Point protection, Cloud Strike and others are showing compatible however while running actual upgrade, we could see SEP and Cloud Strike blocking the deployment.
Same behavior we have observed with Win 10 1909 to Win 10 20H2.

Device/ App Search
Why have you not implemented a search feature in Desktop Analytics?
I want to add a selected device to the pilot group but do not want to manually search for it over 233 pages to find one single device.

Include device details in DA portal
It'll be better if we have this support in the DA portal where we can see the device name and other details as well...
currently,
DA is not supporting this level of reports unfortunately, for SCCM you can use Hardware Inventory: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/desktop-analytics/about-assets#apps The product is designed to make sure we are not listing all the device to review but to review the app common within device. The App versions details setting is off by default, so this tab combines all versions of apps with the same name and publisher. The default behavior helps reduce the total number of apps that…

Mark End of Service devices on Release adoption chart more accurately
I've noticed, that once certain version of Windows goes out of support, it's marked red in the adoption chart on the whole timeline instead only from date it's support ended.
As if this version was out of support also few months ago.
I would suggest to show such devices as "red" only from date when they are actually out of service.

Add possibility of creating more than one DA pilot ring
For the current setup it is only possible to have one pilot collection from DA. It would be cool if you somewhere at the prepare phase could pick number of pilot rings. That way you can have somewhat a more "secure" deployment flow for your updates if anything would go wrong.

Give the user the ability to view lists (apps / devices / drivers) of more than 15.
We need the ability to modify lists to show more than 15 items at a time. Allow user to increase that to a set of values (25, 50, 100, all?) so we don't need to scroll through 50+ pages of applications to review for Desktop Analytics Deployments.

Enable Reviewing multiple Apps at once
On the main application Identify importance page, add columns with drop downs so that multiple applications can be reviewed at once without needing to open the app blade.

Add App versions details slider inside App Details blade.
When reviewing applications it is more efficient to leave the App versions details turned off but when an app requires a more in depth look turning this on causes the current view to be reset.
It would be nice if when you are viewing an app in the blade there was a slider that when enabled showed all the versions with their details.

Run Desktop Analytics queries from MEMCM console (DAPivot)
You can run your own custom Desktop Analytics queries from Log Analytics portal.
It would be easier for MEMCM admins if you could create/run the same queries directory from MEMCM console under Software -> Desktop Analytics.
This new DAPivot feature could utilize CMPivot's UI ie. you could:
- save your favorite queries
- save the result set as collection (if showing computer names is allowed in telemetry settings)
- exportThus, the admins don't need to utilize a different web console for getting additional info from Desktop Analytics.

Drill down into the high-level data (Desktop Analytics)
Most of the high-level reports around feature and security updates are useful, but don't let you find out the specific computers that are nearing end-of-service. I know this can be done in SCCM with queries and collections, but it feels like I should be able to get this information from Desktop Analytics without filtering on the device assets considering the analysis has already been performed.

Desktop Analytics Show Computers that have apps installed
When viewing Assets - Apps, and choosing a App that say has 90% you can not see which device have or have not got this installed from the portal? (information is there some where otherwise it would not know its at 90%)

Custom queries on desktop analytics
The ability to run custom queries and extract raw data is key for our ability to provide reports; if I have understood correctly this will be unavailable on Desktop Analytics. The advanced analytics option is paramount to our ability to provide reports, would it be possible to keep this option in Desktop Analytics?
