AD Forest Discovery: More information for subnets
When doing an AD Forest Sync with subnet import enabled. Could SCCM also import the subnet location and description attributes so when looking at boundaries in the console we have more detailed information?

LEDBAT support for CMG/CloudDP
It would be nice to make the new LEDBAT DP functionality also available for CMGs or Cloud DPs.

Fix out of sync content on the Distribution Point
At times, the distribution point will complain that there is a mismatch between the package list on the file system and the package list in WMI.
The warning presented is as:
Failed to retrieve the package list on the distribution point.
Or the package list in the content library doesn't match the one in WMI. Review smsdpmon.log for more information about this failure.See attached error dialog.
The fix is to manually force the WMI list to match the content lib list.
I'm unsure what causes them to become mismatched, but it would be nice if MS could either fix…

Content Status Node - have "Pending" column as a default column?
Be nice to see the Pending column as a default column instead of adding it each time.

Redistributing Failed Content
In the Content Status node of the Monitoring workspace, add an option to allow all failed content to be redeployed without having to go into each package/application and selecting redeploy. When a site has numerous packages that have failed to deploy, having the option to easily redeploy all of the failed content (or specific packages) at the same time would very useful.

Have smsdpmon also query the primary for assigned software when performing content validation
Smsdpmon.exe appears to only use the local SCCMDP class for the list of content to validate. We have experienced a few cases where the SCCMDP content list does not match what is assigned at the site level. For complete validation can it also query the primary server for the assigned content and then flagged the differences as well???

GetCacheInfo Additional information exposed
GetCacheInfo Additional information exposed
Can you please have the data available in WMI or ComObject include additional fields.
Currently:
ContentId
ContentVersion
Location
LastReferenceTime
ReferenceCount
ContentSize
CacheElementIdCould you add information from the Package Fields in the Console:
PackageName
*PackageVersion
PackageLanguage
PackageDescriptionI'd like all of them, but I really need PackageVersion for a project I'm working on.

Should be able to see who last replicated a package
I would like an easy way to see who last replicated a package in the console in the drop down list options.

Active Driectory: LAPS and BitLocker
It would be nice if SCCM could pull the LAPS passwords into a table. And while we are at it the BitLocker recovery key. These are the 2 most important things to have if an AD computer account were to get deleted for some reason. We could then limit access to the data and write reports for it. I'm assuming that the information would get updated as part of some AD info sync process. The data would need to be non-volatile in case the AD account is deleted at least the information would be in the SCCM database. Maybe also…

Add a status of 'Skipped, prestaged content mode' for content distribution. Currently this appears as 'in-progress'.
Add a status of 'Skipped, prestaged content mode' or 'waiting, maintenance mode' for content distribution. Distribution points in prestaged mode are skipped and not processed, yet the status states 'in-progress'.

An option to configure a DP such that it only downloads the distributed content from the site when the first client requests for it.
An option to configure a DP such that it only downloads the distributed content from the site when the first client requests for it. This will help manage DP disk space efficiently as most of the content never gets used at a remote site but we do not know what's really needed in advance. With semi annual channels the content problem is getting worse each day.
Below is the config manager thread I had opened and an expert asked me to submit a request here.

Keep Previous Version of Content available while Distributing
Currently, when content for an OS Image, Package, Application, etc is being updated, that object is unavailable until the content update completes. This means that content updates for large items must be timed very carefully, especially when sending to remote sites.
It would be amazing if a Distribution Point could keep the previous version of the item available while the content is updating, then switch to the new content and delete the old after it's completed.

Configure Rate Limits for different days
Currently rate limits only allow you to configure this for a 24 hour period.
Consider expanding this to allow a schedule based on the day of the week.
This would allow for remote sites to use 100% of their bandwidth during the entire weekend, but a limited amount during business hours.

Add the in console editing of distribution point priority value.
It would be helpful to be able to prioritize the DPs beyond the two options available. This would be especially helpful for ADRs where we want to get the new content into our test DPs quickly, but pilot and production can replicate much slower.

Add an option to update only Install or Uninstall content of a deployment type
It is great that you can now provide a separate Install/uninstall content location for a deployment type of an application. This is very useful for large applications.
However, there is one major limitation: You cannot update just uninstall (or install) content. If you have updated your uninstall script, the current Update content task will try to update both install/uninstall content.
Even though you haven't changed anything in your install content, it will takes ages for large applications, before SCCM understands that install content has not been modified.
It would be so much faster if you could just initiate "Update uninstall"…

distribution point exclude USB drives
Need ability to define global rule for all distribution point servers never use a USB drive. We have techs in the field plugging drives into DP servers and without the nosmson_drive.sms flag file and SCCM start using the USB drive distributing packages and then they pull USB drive after their work and the DP has issues.

Content Cleanup Tool Errors out on Nested Task Sequences
Allow the Content Cleanup Tool to ignore issues such as Nested Task Sequences. Currently it is a known issue that Nest Task Sequences cause this error "This content library cannot be cleaned up right now because package *** is not fully installed”"
