  1. Create email subscription for all active alerts

It would be nice to have a generic subscription for all new active alerts, rather than having to create a subscription to each alert.

I want to be notified of any alert that comes up by email. (Option warning/critical level).

  3. Add Build01 to v_r_system_valid to display the OS Build number

Currently you can find the Windows 10 build number in v_r_system, but not v_r_system_valid. As most reports are only looking for valid clients, it would be beneficial to be able to query the Windows 10 build version without joining to another view.

  4. Mobile Device User Relationship. Intune Hybrid Setup- Reporting feature to list primary devices for users.

Ability to generate a report in SCCM to list Primary mobile device for a user. Lack of this reporting feature creates additional overhead to MDM Administrators in identifying the user's device to take any remote actions. E.g. The device name could be "iPhone" There can be 100's of device with name "iPhone". This should be a very basic reporting capability that should have been in place. Kindly consider this request and introduce this reporting feature.

  6. Start manually a subscription on a report

Add the possibility to start a subscription on a report independently of the schedule (Like Start now from the right click or ribbon menu)

  7. GroupPolicy reporting CI

As there may be situations that admin would like to get extensive reporting if GPOs are in place and effective as planned in their organization, would be nice to have some dropdowns or listitems of GPOs that one could select to be as Configuration Items.

1000's of GPOs are available but sure MS has some ready list/xml/whatever that could be included in SCCM CI so reporting of GPOs, as they are just reg values, would be possible.

  8. Manage the reports Subscription

When you have many users and also many subscriptions on reports, you have an anarchy view of reports subscription .

Does it possible to add the feature )> create folders for manage the reports on server ?
    Like this for exemple

    http:\\servername\reports\ (Subscriptions Folder)

We must open each reports with the same function (same title) to do some modifications.

  9. Mail Notification for Collection changes

We use install and uninstall Collections for Application Deployment over AD-Group (installation) and Softwareinventory (uninstall). When the number of clients in a collection is changing an email notification would be great.

  10. Send report subscriptions to an MS hosted Sharepoint site

I currently have over 60 reports that I have to copy on a daily basis to 13 different directories (due to their content/category) on a SharePoint site, as the OneDrive sync tool has issues, not to mention that persistent drive mapping to an MS hosted SharePoint site is not consistent, and I have to remap the drive when the site is failed over to a different server for patching, etc.
Manually copying these files is tedious.

  11. Need a filter for MAC Address picker on report Network > MAC - Computers for a specific MAC address

Since the MAC address isn't added to heartbeat discovery data, it's really hard to go from a MAC address to a device name in the console. This comes up all the time when troubleshooting things like PXE logs. We end up having to use the "Network > MAC - Computers for a specific MAC address" report.

Unfortunately, that report contains a list of every MAC address in your environment. Since MAC's are often only different by a few characters at the end, it is really hard to 1) skim the list and pick what you want, or 2) type inā€¦

  12. Filter built-in reports by collection

Many built-in reports can be filtered by site, but I would like to see them modified so they can be filtered by collection.

  13. Optimize Report "Software Metering\Computers that have run a specific metered software program"

Software Metering\Computers that have run a specific metered software program

Just add a little quick "Distinct" ResourceID in the sub query of the Dataset 0 could accelerate significantly the execution timing of this report

  14. SCCM Driver Usage Report

Include a built-in report in the SCCM Console that could provide details about driver use/frequency of use of a particular driver, or for all drivers. This would greatly assist in providing us with visibility into which drivers are still in active use during builds.

  15. Log for Modficiations to Collections, Software Update Groups, Deployments, etc.

Would be nice to have a log file that shows who made changes to collections, software update groups, deployments, etc. Currently we have dozens of individuals that have access to the SCCM console across our environment. Tracking down who made changes has been very challenging.

  16. Allow Resource Explorer to be opened from a Web Report

Web reports are great but are not very usable to display everything about a computer. You must have access to the Console and open Resource Explorer to see everything. Need a method to open Resource Explorer from a web report that shows a list of computers. This would make it easier to drill down to detailed information about a computer. We had this with previous competing products and it is the feature I miss the most.

  17. Better default reports design

Most of internal reports has quite poor design and usually does not tend to dislike it. They look like ConfigMgr legacy: 8 years lag.

Why don't we use a team of designers just to make them look modern and stylish?

Sometimes I find better to use pre-created custom reports for the demos...

  18. Help me Provide Statistics to Management for Deployments

We need to do better at showing the value of ConfigMgr. Most managers (IMO) do not understand the amount of successful (or unsuccessful) change we can do with ConfigMgr. Some high-level dashboard reports would go a long way to help people understand the power of ConfigMgr.

This could be related to another one I submitted (http://configurationmanager.uservoice.com/forums/300492-ideas/suggestions/8922754-help-me-find-objects-that-i-can-remove-from-config), but felt it's different enough to have a separate post.

I want to easily provide information to management on things like this:
    - Number of installs, per application (in my experience, this is difficult to get, since an app is re-evaluated everyā€¦

  19. In-Depth Information needed on Changes witin Reporting done by any CU

No information is provided whether and what has changed within the reporting. I am particularly interested in very technical information, like stored procedures or changes that include the RBA model. Some of the changes might affect individually created reports, if they use the same methodology like the MS reports. Proactively apply those changes would suit me much better than waiting for an incident to be reported on a specific report -> detailed technical information on changes should be provided with each update (sp, used fn, ...)

  20. Update (CUs) behavoiur on Reports

To meet the business needs from our customers and to ease the access we have modified the default folder structure Microsoft uses. When an update is applied the default folder structure is re-created, We have to manually remove the default folder structure after each update. -> the existing folder structure should not be affected by an update
